I've spent the last eight-plus years doing digital comms for charities, publishers, and education organisations. That means everything from running social accounts and writing newsletters to migrating entire websites and figuring out why nobody's opening our emails.

I like the bit where you look at the numbers and work out what to do differently. I've grown social engagement by 56%, moved websites onto platforms that actually make sense, and helped turn content into something that brings people back.
